Learners will only be recognised once all documentation has been received

This form, along with the supporting sports or culture documentation must be emailed latest Tuesday afternoon to be recognised in the Friday’s assembly and Blog. Library News

GOING FOR GOLD!

Leading the race in both libraries at the moment is David Walliams’s Astrochimp, the graphic novel about a chimp that goes to space. It is the most beautiful graphic novel, printed on high quality, glossy paper and featuring Adam Stower’s appealing illustrations. We have several copies doing the rounds in both libraries and our readers are highly entertained by this excellent story. Of course there is always a bit more than the storyline to explore and this time Walliams introduces all the animals that have been sent to space during many years of space exploration. The very first animals that travelled to space were fruit flies, and they make a comeback in this novel, having gone through a black hole and grown into giants.

In the senior prep there is a great demand for the hilarious diaries of Lottie Brooks. We are pleased to report that her latest book has just arrived in South Africa, which means copies for our library, of course. How lucky we are!

Senior Preparatory Drive Through and LEFT TURN ONLY

We kindly request that parents are courteous and respectful towards others during drop off and collection times.  Please remember that extra time is needed when dropping off and collecting due to the traffic congestion during this time.  Parents who are exiting the Senior Preparatory campus are reminded that they may ONLY TURN LEFT as indicated by the traffic sign. Thank you to the traffic department who was on duty this morning to remind our parents.
